★The feed of the grinding wheel frame and the movement of the worktable are driven by AC servo motors through ball screws, and the guide rails are oil-immersed flat-V guide rails.

★The grinding wheel main shaft bearing adopts the integral pad dynamic pressure bearing structure, independent oil tank for oil supply, good rigidity and high rotation precision.

★The head frame motor adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation device to realize stepless speed regulation.

★The tailstock sleeve has hydraulic telescopic function.

★Equipped with automatic measuring instrument on-line detection to realize closed-loop automatic grinding cycle.
