Forced oil supply type flat-V guide rail, accurate and sensitive feeding; equipped with electronic handwheel, easy to operate.
★The grinding wheel spindle bearing adopts integral pad dynamic pressure bearing, which has high rotation precision and good rigidity. Equipped with a dedicated circulating oil supply and cooling system, the temperature rise is low.
★The head frame adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation device to realize stepless speed regulation. Mechanical step-by-step speed regulation can also be used.
★The tailstock adopts hydraulic telescopic sleeve structure to realize hydraulic advance and retreat and spring clamping functions.
★Equipped with automatic measuring instrument online detection to realize closed-loop automatic grinding cycle.
