Machine features:

★This series of machine tools are suitable for high-precision grinding of the outer and inner surfaces and end faces of cylinders and cones of small and medium-sized precision shafts and disc parts.

★The machine table, headstock, grinding wheel frame and other components can all be rotated at a certain angle.

★Friction-reducing coating technology is adopted for both the traverse and the bed guide, which can effectively remove the phenomenon of low-speed crawling, and the coating has a good shock-absorbing effect, which greatly improves the grinding precision.

★The main shaft of the headstock and grinding wheel frame adopts the overall large taper forming oil wedge dynamic pressure bearing structure, which has the characteristics of high rotation precision, high rigidity and low temperature rise.
