Machine Features:

★This machine adopts KND two-axis linkage numerical control system, built-in PLC, and liquid crystal display.

★The movement of the grinding wheel frame and the worktable is driven by an AC servo motor through a ball screw, and the guide rail of the grinding wheel frame and the worktable adopts an oil-immersed flat-V guide rail.

★The grinding wheel spindle bearing adopts an integral sliding bearing structure. The radial and axial clearances of the spindle are easy to adjust, with good rigidity and high rotation accuracy.

★The head frame motor adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation device to realize stepless speed regulation.

★Adopt elastic chuck to clamp the valve, the valve stem and disc have good coaxiality and high centering accuracy.
