Project Name: Jinan Siji CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. Newly-built CNC Machine Tool Production Project Phase I

Summary: Jinan Siji CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. plans to use the existing two factories located in Yingxiu Road and Huaxin Road in Licheng District. The project was relocated to Sun Village, Jinan High-tech Development Zone, which is about 30 kilometers east of the urban area, and optimized and adjusted on the basis of the existing production process and process equipment to increase the intelligence and reliability of products and further increase production. scale and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.

The company's newly relocated factory is located in the north of Sun Village, Jinan High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It faces Chunhui Road in the east and is constructed in two phases. The proposed project is the first-phase project with a total investment of 290 million yuan. The factory covers an area of 7.78hm2 and the total construction area is 22,770m2. The designed production scale is 2,990 sets of spraying CNC machine tools, 70,000 motorcycle exterior parts, 600t/a injection molding parts, and 20 sets/a mold manufacturing. The labor force of the proposed project is 300 people. There are 270 working days throughout the year, 16 hours a day.

Second, the main environmental problems and measures to be taken

(1) Exhaust gas

The waste gas of the proposed project is mainly spraying waste gas and drying waste gas. ; The drying exhaust gas is directly burned and discharged through a 15m high chimney. Less impact on the surrounding environment.

(2) Wastewater

The wastewater produced by the proposed project is low-concentration wastewater, except the paint spray tank cleaning wastewater, which is high-concentration wastewater. The waste water from the spray tank cleaning is entrusted to the Linwo Company on the west side of the plant site to be discharged into the Sun Village sewage treatment plant after reaching the "Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers" (CJ343-2010) and the water quality requirements of the Sun Village Wastewater Treatment Plant. Advanced treatment in the factory; other waste water is mixed and discharged into Sun Village Sewage Treatment Plant through the surrounding municipal sewage pipe network for unified treatment. After reaching the standard, it is discharged into Yangjia River and finally into Xiaoqing River. After the above measures are taken, the impact on the surrounding surface water environment is small.

(3) Solid waste

The solid waste generated by the proposed project includes general solid waste and hazardous waste. Among them, waste paint residues, waste paint buckets, waste cutting fluids, and waste rags are hazardous wastes, and are entrusted to qualified units for disposal. The general solid waste is mainly scraps and domestic waste, which are sold out, and the domestic waste is handled by the sanitation department. All kinds of solid waste have been properly disposed of and have little impact on the surrounding environment.

(4) Noise

The main source of noise of the proposed project is the mechanical noise generated by various equipment in the workshop, and the noise source intensity is 85-100 decibels; there are several fans in each workshop for organizing mechanical exhaust. The working noise is about 85 decibels; the air compressor produces noise, and the noise source intensity is 90 decibels. After taking necessary noise reduction measures such as sound insulation and shock absorption, the contribution to the surrounding sound environment during the operation of the proposed project is small.
