This machine tool is suitable for grinding the thrust surface of the crankshaft of the automobile engine.

★ This machine adopts imported two-axis numerical control system, built-in PLC and liquid crystal display.

★The grinding wheel feed and table movement are driven by AC servo motor through ball screw, and the grinding wheel feed guide is adopted

Imported linear guide, the worktable adopts

Hydraulic oil forcibly lubricates the flat-V guide rail to ensure accurate and sensitive feeding.

★The grinding wheel frame adopts imported high-rigidity motorized spindle or domestic dynamic and static pressure bearing motorized spindle to adapt to high-speed grinding of CBN grinding wheels.

★CBN grinding wheel dressing is realized by using high-speed dressing motorized spindle to drive diamond rollers.
