★Adopt imported numerical control system and built-in PLC liquid crystal display.

★The grinding wheel feed and table movement are driven by AC servo motor through THK ball screw, and the grinding wheel feed guide is preloaded

Double V-shaped guide rails ensure accurate and sensitive feeding.

★The head frame adopts high-precision spindle bearing, and the speed is stepless by frequency conversion.

★Film chuck or special chuck is used for workpiece clamping.

★On-line detection with automatic measuring instrument is adopted to realize closed-loop control and ensure high machining dimensional accuracy.

★The grinding wheel is driven by electric spindle, oil mist is automatically lubricated, and the frequency converter is stepless speed regulation.
