Machine Features:

★This machine adopts imported two-axis numerical control system, built-in PLC and liquid crystal display.

★The movement of the grinding wheel frame and the worktable is driven by AC servo motor through ball screw, the feed is accurate and sensitive, and the electronic handwheel is equipped for easy operation.

★The head frame motor adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation device to realize stepless speed regulation. The clamping of the workpiece adopts hydraulic or pneumatic automatic clamping and releasing mechanism.

★The grinding wheel spindle bearing adopts the overall large taper forming oil wedge dynamic pressure bearing, which has high rotation precision, good rigidity and low temperature rise.

★Equipped with automatic measuring instrument online detection to realize closed-loop automatic grinding cycle.
