Machine Features:

★This series of machine tools adopts imported two-axis linkage numerical control system, built-in PLC and liquid crystal display. The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed structure.

★The feed of the grinding wheel frame and the movement of the worktable are driven by AC servo motor through ball screw, the feed is accurate and sensitive, and the electronic handwheel is equipped for easy operation.

★The grinding wheel spindle bearing adopts integral pad dynamic pressure bearing, which has high rotation precision and good rigidity. Equipped with a dedicated circulating oil supply and cooling system, the temperature rise is low.

★The head frame adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation device to realize stepless speed regulation. And it has an angle fine-tuning mechanism, which is convenient to adjust the rotation angle of the head frame.

★The machine tool adopts diamond grinding wheel for grinding.

★The machine tool is equipped with a front-mounted grinding wheel dressing mechanism, which can automatically dress and compensate automatically.
